Sign in to Matrix Rewards

We email you a code. If you run a store, we then ask for your website password too.

If you shop with a store that uses Matrix Rewards, this shows what you hold at each of them, kept separate by merchant. Your email is the only contact detail we keep.

If you are a merchant, sign in with your store's email address in Shopify to see all your stores together.

How this works

Your programme lives inside your Shopify admin: open Matrix Rewards there. After the code we ask for your website password, which you set in the Matrix Rewards app in your Shopify admin. If you have changed that address in Shopify since you installed, sign in once with the old address first and then with the new one, or use Contact us below.
